Welcome to NerdNurture (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, LMS portal, or any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About NerdNurture

NerdNurture is an online coding and technology education platform designed for K–12 students. We offer interactive 1:1 and group classes, school partnership programs, and seasonal coding camps via our online Learning Management System (LMS). Our mission is to make coding and digital literacy accessible, engaging, and empowering for students across India and abroad.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for children aged 5–18 years, with registration and payment handled by a parent or legal guardian. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to register your child.

3. Registration & Account

• Parents or guardians must provide accurate details (child’s name, age, email, and phone number).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
• NerdNurture reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other approved payment gateways.
• Course fees must be paid in full before the start of any class or camp unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise mentioned.

5. Refund Policy

• Full refund is available for cancellations made 7 days prior to the class or camp start date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 3–6 days of start date.
• No refund once the program has started.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Class Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time. Missed classes without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled, unless for genuine emergencies. Respectful conduct is mandatory during all online interactions. NerdNurture reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, projects, course materials, logos, and code templates) are the property of NerdNurture. Students may use these materials only for personal, educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of course materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only necessary information (student name, age, email, phone, and progress data) for class scheduling, progress tracking, and communication. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9. Platform Access & Technical Support

Our LMS platform is accessible via web and mobile. In case of technical issues, please contact support@nerdnurture.com. We are not liable for internet disruptions, device failures, or third-party system outages.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a seamless learning experience, NerdNurture shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, unauthorized access, or technical interruptions beyond our control.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in your local city.
